Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 pkg. broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    In skillet, saute onions and celery in margarine until lightly browned.

    Boil rice and drain.

    Over low heat in skillet with onions and celery, add soups and cheese.

    Cook over low heat stirring often until cheese has melted and blended well with soups.

    Add broccoli and rice to mixture.

    Pour in casserole dish lightly greased with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
