Broccoli Casserole

- 1 c. rice
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1In skillet, saute onions and celery in margarine until lightly browned.

2Boil rice and drain.

3Over low heat in skillet with onions and celery, add soups and cheese.

4Cook over low heat stirring often until cheese has melted and blended well with soups.

5Add broccoli and rice to mixture.

6Pour in casserole dish lightly greased with margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
