  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli until barely tender. Add beaten egg, soup and cheese. Fold in mayonnaise.
