Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small bunches broccoli, washed
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- grated sharp cheese to cover top
- 1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Cut ends off heavy stalks of broccoli, then cut in about 2-inch lengths.

2Steam in basket until tender.

3(This may take 10 to 15 minutes.)

4Cut the flowerets and stems 3 or 4 inches long and add on top of this.

5Cook until tender.

6Place in buttered casserole dish.

7Mix together the mayonnaise, soup and onion and pour over broccoli.

8Grate enough cheese to cover top completely.

9Mix stuffing with margarine and pour over top.

10Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
