  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
  • 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli with stalks cut off

Directions

    Melt butter and cheese in saucepan.

    Add milk and soup and bring to a boil.

    In a casserole dish, add rice and broccoli and pour over cheese mixture.

    Stir until moist and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden.
