- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
- 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli with stalks cut off
Directions

1Melt butter and cheese in saucepan.

2Add milk and soup and bring to a boil.

3In a casserole dish, add rice and broccoli and pour over cheese mixture.

4Stir until moist and bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden.
