- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1After cooking broccoli (according to package) omitting salt, place in a baking dish.

2Combine soup and cheese.

3Add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture.

4Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly brown.
