- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli (frozen can be used)
Directions

1Melt margarine in frying pan.

2Add peppers, onion and celery. Fry until tender.

3Add mushroom soup, cheeses, cooked rice and broccoli.

4Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes covered.

5Uncover and bake an additional 5 or 10 minutes.
