Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 large bunch fresh broccoli (frozen can be used)

Directions

    Melt margarine in frying pan.

    Add peppers, onion and celery. Fry until tender.

    Add mushroom soup, cheeses, cooked rice and broccoli.

    Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes covered.

    Uncover and bake an additional 5 or 10 minutes.
