- 1 pkg. broccoli spears
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cubed cheese
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs (herb)
Directions

1Cook broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until barely tender.

2Drain well.

3Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil or butter.

4Add broccoli, soup, milk and cheese.

5Turn into casserole dish and cover with stuffing crumbs.

6Bake at 350° until brown.
