Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 pkg. broccoli spears
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cubed cheese
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs (herb)

Directions

    Cook broccoli in salted water for a few minutes until barely tender.

    Drain well.

    Saute chopped onion in small amount of oil or butter.

    Add broccoli, soup, milk and cheese.
  5. 5
    Turn into casserole dish and cover with stuffing crumbs.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
