  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 2 (4 oz. each) cans whole green chilies, drained and seeded
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions

    In a large skillet, crumble together the beef and sausage. Cook over medium heat, stirring until meat is browned.

    Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is limp.
