- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, grated
- Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Cook cheese, mayonnaise and mushroom soup over low heat until cheese melts.

2Add onion.

3Place cooked broccoli in bottom of baking dish.

4Sprinkle with peas, Chinese vegetables and water chestnuts.

5Cover with soup mixture.

6Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
