Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Combine cheese, soup and milk in saucepan until cheese is melted.

    Pour over broccoli, which has been placed in a casserole dish.

    Crush Ritz crackers (about half of a stack) and combine with half stick of oleo (melted) and sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 400° until bubbly.
