- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Combine cheese, soup and milk in saucepan until cheese is melted.

2Pour over broccoli, which has been placed in a casserole dish.

3Crush Ritz crackers (about half of a stack) and combine with half stick of oleo (melted) and sprinkle on top.

4Bake at 400° until bubbly.
