    Preheat broiler on high.

    Wash fish, pat dry and rub olive oil evenly all over one side of each piece of fish.

    Combine the seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over one side of each piece of fish.

    Coat a baking dish/sheet with cooking spray, place the fish into it in a single layer and broil for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
