Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Cook broccoli approximately 4 minutes, then place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over broccoli.

    Blend mushroom soup and evaporated milk and pour over cheese and broccoli.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Top with onion rings and return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
