  • 3 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cheese crackers, rolled into crumbs
  • 1 c. sliced almonds (optional)

Directions

    Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese.

    Fold into drained broccoli; add salt to taste.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Top with cracker crumbs and almonds.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
