Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain well.

    Mix eggs, soup, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.

    Add to broccoli.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Mix oleo and stuffing mix and add to top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
