- 1 1/2 to 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. crumbs
Directions

1Wash broccoli and cut up.

2Put in boiling salt water.

3Cook stems 5 minutes first.

4Add rest of broccoli and cook, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Blend together soup, mayonnaise and curry powder.

6Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and squeeze lemon juice over top.

7Cover the mixture and top with crumbs.

8Cook for 20 minutes at 350°.

9Serves about 6.
