  • 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, stems peeled and cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup coarse bread crumbs
