Broccoli Cheese Cornbread

- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 small box chopped broccoli, defrosted
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mild or hot jalapeno Cheez Whiz, melted
Directions

1Defrost the broccoli and squeeze out water.

2Mix together the cornbread mix, melted butter, onion, eggs and melted Cheez Whiz in a large bowl; mix well.

3Add defrosted and drained broccoli; mix all together.

4Pour into a greased large black skillet.

5Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
