Broccoli Cheese Quiche

- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 4 to 5 eggs
- 1 pie crust (1-2-3 Pie Crust)
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil broccoli and drain.

2Toss with margarine.

3Place in bottom of pie crust.

4Top with shredded Cheddar cheese mixed with flour. Beat eggs and evaporated milk and salt and pepper to taste.

5Pour over broccoli and cheese.

6Bake at 375° approximately 60 minutes or until set in center.

7You may have to cover your crust toward the end to prevent overbrowning.
