- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 5 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 smidge curry powder
- 3/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing cubes
Directions

1In a 9 x 10-inch pan, put crisp cooked broccoli.

2Then cut up cooked chicken breasts.

3Mix the soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk and curry.

4Pour over chicken.

5Sprinkle all the shredded cheese on top.

6Last put on the stuffing cubes.

7Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until bubbly.
