Broccoli Chicken

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 5 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 smidge curry powder
  • 3/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing cubes

Directions

    In a 9 x 10-inch pan, put crisp cooked broccoli.

    Then cut up cooked chicken breasts.

    Mix the soups, mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk and curry.

    Pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle all the shredded cheese on top.

    Last put on the stuffing cubes.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour until bubbly.
