- 1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Combine corn, broccoli, 1/2 cup crumbs, onions, 2 tablespoons oleo, salt and pepper.

2Put into casserole.

3Combine 1/2 cup crumbs and remaining oleo.

4Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Serves 6.
