  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook broccoli and onion until onion is done. Mix all ingredients, except corn muffin mix. Add muffin mix and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
