  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) box broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 2 sticks butter

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan or dish.

    Mix corn meal, eggs, onion and cheese.

    Add the cooked broccoli.

    Pour this in pan or dish over the melted butter.

    Bake at 350° until done.
