Broccoli-Corn Casserole

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. crushed saltines (about 12)
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
Directions

1Let broccoli thaw enough to mix with other ingredients but do not cook.

2Add other ingredients and put in a well buttered 1-quart casserole.

3Make a topping to cover the casserole by just lightly browning 3 slices of bread which are finely broken in small pieces in 4 tablespoons margarine.

4Bake, uncovered, about 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
