- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 16 oz. can cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook broccoli and drain.

2Combine other ingredients, except 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and butter.

3Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.

4Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
