  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain.

    Combine other ingredients, except 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and butter.

    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
