  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli (or use fresh)
  • 1 16 oz. can cream style corn
  • 1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

Directions

    Cook broccoli as directed; drain.

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into 1-qt. casserole.
