Broccoli Corn Scallop

- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Directions

1Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine.

2Blend in flour. Gradually add milk.

3Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted.

4Stir in corn and 1/4 cup crumbs.

5Arrange broccoli in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch dish.

6Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.

7Toss remaining crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over casserole.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
