- 1/2 lb fresh green beans
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
- 5 clove garlic
- 1/4 vegetable stock.
Directions

1cut up bacon into pieces and fry in pan

2once bacon is done take out of pan and drain grease leaving just enough to cover bottom of pan.

3add butter, onions and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.

4add garlic cook for 3 minutes then add greenbeans.

5add vegetable stock and cook till desired tenderness of beans.

6add bacon back to pan and serve
