- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli
- 1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the butter or margarine, broccoli and corn muffin mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cook the broccoli until nearly done.

3Place broccoli in pan. Sprinkle the corn muffin mix over the broccoli.

4Pour the melted margarine over the corn muffin mix.

5Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes in a 400° oven.
