Honey-Pecan Pork Cutlets

- 1 lb. boneless pork loin cutlets, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Dredge cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.

2Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.

3Add cutlets and brown on both sides about 5 or 6 minutes.

4Stir together remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, honey and pecans.

5Add to skillet and stir gently.

6Cover and simmer gently for 7 to 8 minutes.

7Remove cutlets to serving platter; cover with remaining sauce from pan. Makes 4 servings.
