  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, drained
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Mix altogether in bowl, batter will be kind of lumpy.

    Bake in a greased and floured pan at 375° for 40 minutes or until brown. A 9 x 13-inch pan makes it thick and a sheet cake pan is thinner.
