- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, drained
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Mix altogether in bowl, batter will be kind of lumpy.

2Bake in a greased and floured pan at 375° for 40 minutes or until brown. A 9 x 13-inch pan makes it thick and a sheet cake pan is thinner.
