- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Directions
