- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, drained
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 1/2 oz. pkg. quick corn muffin mix
- 1 tsp. salt (I do not use it)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except muffin mix; blend well.

2Stir in muffin mix just until moistened.

3Pour into greased (I spray with Pam) 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
