- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Bake in a 370° oven for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly brown using a large rectangle pan.
