Broccoli Cornbread

  • 2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
  • 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Bake in a 370° oven for approximately 35 minutes or until lightly brown using a large rectangle pan.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
