  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped or green onions
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix well all ingredients as listed.

    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Can change by adding 1/2 cup grated cheese and jalapeno peppers.
