- 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
- 4 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1Saute broccoli, margarine and onion until tender.

2Mix corn muffin mix, eggs and cottage cheese, then combine.

3Bake at 350° in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes or until golden brown. One cup grated Cheddar cheese may be added for a different flavor.
