  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine in a large skillet.

    Mix all the ingredients. Pour melted margarine into mixture, leaving some in skillet to bake the cornbread.

    Pour into skillet.

    Bake at 375° until brown on top.

    The cornbread is moist.
