- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 lb ground beef
- 34 cup cooked peas
- egg roll wrap
- fat (for deep frying)
Directions

1Put oil and onion into fry pan.

2Fry until browned.

3Add ginger, garlic powder, and curry powder.

4Cook and stir about 2 minutes.

5Add ground beef and scramble-fry.

6Stir in peas.

7Allow to cool.

8Cut egg roll wrappers diagonally into 4 triangles.

9Put about 1 tbsp, or less of mixture in center.

10Moisten edges with water.

11fold over and press to seal.

12Fry in 375F fat until golden brown, turning once.

13To reheat place on baking sheet in 350F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.

14Makes about 5 dozen.

15Note: wonton shins can be used.

16The are a bit thinner.

17Note: May be baked in 450F oven for about 10 minutes.

18They don't get bubbly-brown in the oven as when deep fried.
