  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix

    Cook and drain broccoli.

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until brown.
