- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Saute onion in margarine.

3Combine all ingredients.

4Pour in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until brown.
