  • 10 oz. cottage cheese
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

    Spray 2 (12-cup) muffin tins with Pam cooking spray. Fill cups about 2/3 full.
