- 1 lb. broccoli (frozen), chopped
- 1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. chopped celery
Directions

1Cook broccoli as directed on package.

2Melt cheese in double boiler.

3Drain broccoli and add to melted cheese.

4Saute onion and celery in butter until golden brown.

5Add to cheese mixture.

6Add soup and blend all.

7Some Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies may be added for spice.
