- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- dash of red pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine drained, cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients. Heat and serve from chafing dish with tortilla chips.
