  • 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 8 ounces lowfat plain cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces low-fat sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 cup egg white
  • 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 12 cup shredded Italian cheese
  • 12 cup quinoa (flakes, not the normal grain)
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
