- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 (14 1/2 to 16 oz.) cans stewed tomato pieces
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. (4 c.) shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In a bowl combine broccoli, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and sugar.

2In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1 cup tomato mixture. Arrange 1/4 uncooked noodles over sauce.

3Top with 1/4 tomato mixture; then 1/4 Mozzarella cheese.

4Repeat noodle, tomato and cheese layers 3 more times.

5Cover and allow to set in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to soften noodles.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is lightly browned.
