- 12 oz. mafalda (mini lasagne)
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- onion
- mushrooms (optional)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices white American cheese
- 2 eggs
- 32 oz. jar sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
Directions

1Prepare noodles as label directs; drain and add favorite spaghetti sauce.

2Heat undiluted broccoli soup and frozen broccoli.

3Cook carrots and onion.

4Saute mushrooms; mix together all vegetables.
