  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. onions, chopped fine
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Parmesan Cheese
  • Cooked Broccoli

Directions

    Saute' chopped onions in butter.

    Add salt, flour, bouillon cube and milk to make a white sauce.

    When thick, add 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese.

    Pour over broccoli that has been cooked, but not mushy.
  5. 5
    Dot with butter, remaining cheese and paprika.
