- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 2 lb. fresh broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender in boiling unsalted water; drain thoroughly.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan.

3Add onion and cook until onion is tender, but not brown.

4Blend in condensed cream of chicken soup, milk and grated Parmesan cheese.

5Heat thoroughly.

6Serve sauce over hot cooked broccoli.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
