Broccoli Protein Soup

- 1 1/2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated fat free cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 scoops designer protein powder (natural flavor)
Directions

1Boil vegetables and broth in large saucepan. Reduce heat.

2and cover until tender (about 10 minutes). Add milk, pepper and cornstarch. Stir until soup thickens.

3Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool, then add Designer Protein.
