Broccoli Protein Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup fat free chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated fat free cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 scoops designer protein powder (natural flavor)

Directions

    Boil vegetables and broth in large saucepan. Reduce heat.

    and cover until tender (about 10 minutes). Add milk, pepper and cornstarch. Stir until soup thickens.

    Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until melted. Cool, then add Designer Protein.
