- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook broccoli by package direction, omitting salt.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Place cuts in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Stir soup and cheese together.

5Gradually add milk, mayonnaise, and egg to soup mix; stirring until well blended.

6Pour over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs and butter.

7Sprinkle evenly over soup mixture.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
