- 1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook broccoli (no salt).

2Drain well.

3Place broccoli in a 10 x 6 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Stir together soup and cheese. Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and eggs.

5Stir well.

6Pour over broccoli.

7Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.

8Sprinkle on top.

9Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
