- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well and place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

2Stir together soup and cheese.

3Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and egg to soup mixture, stirring until well blended.

4Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and margarine.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
